Shipping and Taxes

Shipping times will vary depending upon your location. Regular (ground) shipping generally takes about 1 to 2 weeks, but can take as long as 2.5 weeks to smaller cities or rural areas in some states. Express shipping generally takes 3-6 days to destinations in the U.S. Most shipments are sent via US Postal Service in the U.S. or Canada Post in Canada. Shipping costs are noted beside each item's price and will also be noted in your electronic shopping cart after you added an item to it. No taxes are charged on sales shipped to destinations in the United States or on international orders. GST or HST, as applicable, will be charged on all shipments to Canada.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy

All mosquito traps are guaranteed to be free of defect or damage upon arrival. They are extremely well packaged, however, rarely some damage can occur during shipment. We will immediately replace any parts damaged in transit to you. Please call us toll free at 1-866-376-2690 for assistance.

We also guarantee that the Lentek Mosquito Trap WILL catch mosquitoes! In the event that you are having trouble catching mosquitoes with your system, please contact us immediately for advice with respect to trap location and operation (call toll free 1-866-376-2690). Remember, it can take up to several weeks to have a major impact on the breeding population of mosquitoes around your home, afterwhich, you should notice a substantial decline in the number of biting (female) mosquitoes around your home.

If after relocating your trap and otherwise assisting you to improve your catch of mosquitoes, you are still not completely satisfied with the performance of your mosquito trap, simply return it within 30 days of original purchase for a full credit or refund, less original shipping charges. It is mandatory that you contact us in advance for a return authorization tracking number (RA#) and return address which we will use to properly credit your account when we receive the returned item. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs to return the product to us. We recommend that all packages shipped to us be insured and clearly marked with the appropriate RA#. Packages not clearly marked with the return authorization number or sent via a shipping company not approved by us may be refused or subject to a restocking fee. Home-Mosquito-Control.com is not responsible for product lost or damaged while in shipment while being returned to us for any reason. All refunds will be shown as a credit against the credit card to which the original order was charged. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing of your refund after its arrival at our warehouse.

Unless specifically authorized in writing, no returns are accepted after 30 days from the original order date.

Warranty Information

The following warranty information applies only to Lentek Mosquito Traps purchased from Home-Mosquit-Control.com. If you purchased your mosquito trap from another merchant, please contact that merchant or the manufacturer for warranty information and technical support. We cannot provide warranty assistance to individuals who did not purchase their product from us.

Lentek MK01 Mosquito Trap purchased from us during 2006: We warrant the Lentek MK01 Mosquito Trap to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. We will replace the entire product, or at our option, repair or replace defective parts, without charge. Please call us toll free at 1-866-376-2690 for assistance. This warranty is void if damage or malfunction is due to abuse or failure to operate product in accordance with instructions and on recommended electrical current, or if otherwise not operated in accordance with the instruction manual provided with the unit.

Lentek MK12 Mosquito Trap: The manufacturer, Koolatron Inc. warrants this product to be free of manufacturing defects. Should any such defect develop or become evident within ONE year from the date of purchase, Koolatron will replace the entire product or, at its option, repair or replace the defective part(s) without charge. Please call Koolatron at toll free 1-800-265-8456 for assistance. This warranty is void if damage or malfunction is due to abuse or failure to operate product in accordance with instructions and on recommended electrical current.
