The following warranty information applies only to Lentek Mosquito Traps purchased from Home-Mosquit-Control.com. If you purchased your mosquito trap from another merchant, please contact that merchant or the manufacturer for warranty information and technical support. We cannot provide warranty assistance to individuals who did not purchase their product from us.
Lentek MK01 Mosquito Trap purchased from us during 2006: We warrant the Lentek MK01 Mosquito Trap to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. We will replace the entire product, or at our option, repair or replace defective parts, without charge. Please call us toll free at 1-866-376-2690 for assistance. This warranty is void if damage or malfunction is due to abuse or failure to operate product in accordance with instructions and on recommended electrical current, or if otherwise not operated in accordance with the instruction manual provided with the unit.
Lentek MK12 Mosquito Trap: The manufacturer, Koolatron Inc. warrants this product to be free of manufacturing defects. Should any such defect develop or become evident within ONE year from the date of purchase, Koolatron will replace the entire product or, at its option, repair or replace the defective part(s) without charge. Please call Koolatron at toll free 1-800-265-8456 for assistance. This warranty is void if damage or malfunction is due to abuse or failure to operate product in accordance with instructions and on recommended electrical
current.
